This animation was made by KOO-KI, featuring a Toyota Yaris car racing in a perfect loop for Toyota’s website. My role was rigging, animating and rendering car, while Vito LaManna handled the environment creation and compositing.
The Car Rig
The car was animated in place, with the environment added in compositing. I created the rig to allow easy hand-posing while having some automations . It allows manual posing for the wheels and the chassis, while having auto-collision, suspension springs and speed control.
